Walmart has unveiled their new 2018 Black Friday deals to the public. Now, they will not have the big Apple sales like Best Buy and Target will, but there are still some sales and deals that we need to report on.

Believe it or not, the Walmart Black Friday sale will begin on November 21, 2018, which is a day before Thanksgiving and two days before Black Friday.

According to BGR, “On Thanksgiving, Walmart will host its “first-ever ‘Light Up Black Friday’ party for customers” (from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM local time) followed by the in-store sales event.”

With that said, here are the following Apple deals that Walmart is offering this year on Black Friday:

  • Get a $400 Walmart gift card with activation and purchase of an iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus or iPhone X.
    • Works with Verizon, AT&T and Sprint customers
  • Get a $300 Walmart gift card with the purchase of an iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max or iPhone Xr.
    • Works with Verizon, AT&T and Sprint customers
  • Save $100 on a 32GB iPhone 6S Plus on Straight Talk.
  • Save $79 on the iPhone SE on Walmart Family Mobile.
  • Save $80 on the 9.7-inch iPad 6th Generation.

All of these sales are going to be available in Walmart stores and on their website. Walmart does not accept Apple Pay, but they do have their own payment method, which is Walmart Pay. It will come in handy since Black Friday (and the holiday season in general) is a big time for debit and credit card skimmers that scam, hack and get your card information.

A couple other cool features in Walmart Pay are the fact that in order to access it, you can enable Touch ID or Face ID to protect it. This means that when you open the Walmart app and are trying to access Walmart Pay, it will need your fingerprint or face in order to open it. Another cool feature is that the Walmart iOS app does work with Siri Shortcuts now so that all you have to do is tell Siri, “Hey Siri, open Walmart Pay” and it does just that.
